Logging in to MY NETROUTING

Go to https://www.netrouting.com and click on MY ACCOUNT in the upper right corner.

Netrouting Portal

You’ll be redirected to a new subdomain (please update your bookmarks to https://my.netrouting.com). Use your existing Netrouting credentials to log on to the new portal.

Managing your Dedicated Server

After logging in you’ll quickly notice the easy to use navigation on the left side of the page, where you’ll find Dedicated Servers under “My Hosting”. Find your server in the overview and click on “View Server”.

Your dashboard explained

  • Quick Tabs Navigate through the management features supported for your dedicated server(s) with us.
  • Device Information A quick overview to the specifications of your server hardware, location, IP addresses and given description. You may change the label to a description of your choosing by clicking the “Edit” button.
  • IP Allocation An overview of all subnets your server has IP addresses allocated in. Press the information button to see a detailed overview of the assigned IP addresses and setup your reverse DNS entries at your own discretion.
  • Server Monitoring A live status of your primary & secondary power feed, as well as a check on the IPMI controller (if present).
  • Quick Actions Control power to your server. If your server has an IPMI controller installed, your actions here will try to issue a reboot using the controller. If no IPMI controller is installed or can be reached, these actions will execute a cold boot by cycling your switched pdu port.

Network – Check utilization on all of your connected network interfaces.

 

IP Management – View & Manage all of your assigned IP addresses.

Power – View & Manage the power status of your server.

Hardware – View the hardware specifications and location of your server.

Rebuild – Provision your server with a new operating system.

System Rescue – Reboot your server into a live rescue environment for troubleshooting your running operating system.
